Shipments and Payments
Tracking of the package
When the package with the items ordered leaves NANDO MUZI’s warehouse, an e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address indicated by the client on the order form. This email will contain a tracking code that allows real-time monitoring of the delivery. Our Customer Service will provide assistance for any possible delivery problem; the customer can contact the NANDO MUZI Customer Service by e-mail to: firstname.lastname@example.org
For delivery of the purchases, the customer can choose his/her place of residence or domicile, his/her workplace, or the private home address of a natural person of the cutomer’s choice . For security reasons NANDO MUZI cannot ship any product ordered if addressed to a PO Box, accept any order where it is not possible to identify the natural person who is the addressee on the order itself or the address.
For each order placed on the website, NANDO MUZI issues an invoice of goods shipped, in electronic format under Article. 14 D.P.R. DL 445/2000 and 52/2004. For the issue of the invoice, the information entered by the customer when ordering are treated as authentic. No change in the bill will be possible after it is issued.
Delivery cost information is stated in paragraph 3.1 of these General Conditions of Sale.
Delivery days and times
All purchases will be delivered mainly through DHL Courier (hereinafter, "Courier"). In places where DHL cannot be used, Courie SpA ITALIAN POST will be used ("Courier"). In all cases, products will be shipped from the working day following the order’s completion date.
The approximate delivery times are as follows:
Italy: 1 working day, following day of shipment
EU Countries: 2/3 working days, following day of shipment
Rest of world: 3/5 working days, following day of shipment
POSTE ITALIANE S.p.A.
EU Countries (main countries): 2 working days, following day of shipment
Non EU countries (main countries): 2/3 working days, following day of shipment, except where there are customs processes
Rest of world (main countries): 3/4 working days, following day of shipment, except where there are customs processes
Orders will be processed and delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding holidays and public holidays. NANDO MUZI is not liable for unforeseen delays, provided that, except in circumstances of force majeure, products are delivered within a maximum of 30(thirty) working days from the day following the customer order’s dispatch date to NANDO MUZI company.
Claim for delivery delays
In case of delivery problems or delays exceeding 10 (ten) working days following the order confirmation date, it is required that customers report the event to NANDO MUZI company by e-mail to: e- email@example.com
NANDO MUZI reserves the right not to reply to complaints presented more than 30 (thirty) days after the date of order confirmation.
Check upon receipt of the goods
Delivery of goods requires the presence of the Customer or the addressee indicated on the order form. Since the product is delivered by Courier, the customer or recipient are responsible for checking:
(i) That the number of boxes is the same as indicated on the purchase invoice;
(ii) That the packaging is not damaged or wet or otherwise altered, even in materials used for closing the packaging.
Damages to packaging or product
Any damage to packaging and / or product or mismatch in the number of items or indication, must be immediately notified, by writing “subject to control” on the courier’s bill of lading. Once the carrier’s bill of lading has been signed, the customer shall not present any dispute about the appearance of what has been delivered.
Purchase refund for non-delivery
Should NANDO MUZI not be able to deliver ordered goods after the products have become unavailable, even if temporarily, NANDO MUZI will give prompt notice to the customer by e-mail, but no later than 30(thirty) days from the date the order has been accepted by NANDO MUZI. The amount already paid by the customer will be refunded as soon as possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the order.
NANDO MUZI will send an e-mail to confirm that the parcel has been shipped, once delivery notification has been received from the Courier.
Provision of shipment number
In order to ensure safe delivery of Product, NANDO MUZI will provide the customer with the tracking number and will hold the tracking number of all shipments made.
Payment must be made online by credit card or PayPal with the procedures set out in the Site. When the order confirmation is sent by NANDO MUZI, at this time, the amount for the products purchased will be charged to the customer.
In order to prevent internet fraud , payment made through the Website is handled by the bank concerned through network tools offered by Banca Sella SpA. This company is responsible for the maintenance and automatic processing of information in a secure area for each order, including financial information
Use of personal data
All financial information such as credit card number, expiry date, etc., is directly managed by Banca Sella SpA which guarantees the security of online transactions. NANDO MUZI is never aware of credit card details and therefore is not able to store or archive them in any way.
Credit card charge permission
The transaction will be charged to the customer’s credit card only once the credit card data have been verified , debit authorization has been provided by the company issuing the credit card provided by Customer and Product availability has been confirmed by NANDO MUZI and once the order is therefore ready to be processed. No charges will be made when the customer sends the order.
Online transactions are made through automatic addressing directly on the PayPal site via a secure server that uses the Secure Socket Layer, or SSL, protection system . This system protects the information transmitted over the network through 128-bit encryption, in accordance with the highest standards of security currently available, so as to prevent their interception or unauthorized access by external users. At any time during checkout NANDO MUZI S.rl. is not able to know information about the buyer's credit card, sent via secure connection directly to the PayPal site which manages the transaction. There is no NANDO MUZI file that holds these data. In no case shall NANDO MUZI be liable for any fraudulent or incorrect credit card use by a third party, during the process of payment for the goods purchased on the Site.
