Right of access to information


According to Art. 7 of Decree Law 196/2003 the customer has right of access to the following information:

1. Confirmation  of the existence of not of personal data concerning the customer, even if not yet recorded and the communication of said data in intelligible form.

2. indication of:

a) the source of the personal data;

b) the processing purposes and methods ;

c) the policy applied in case of processing using of electronic instruments;

d) the identity of the owner, managers and assigned representative in accordance with Art. 5, paragraph 2; e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom personal data may be communicated or who receive knowledge of said data as appointed representatives within the territory of the State, as managers or agents.


3. The party concerned has the right to:

a) updates, rectifications or, if interested, integration of data;

b) the deletion, anonymization or blocking of unlawfully processed data , including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

c) certification that the operations in letters a) and b) have been disclosed, including their contents, to those to whom data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement is impossible or involve a manifestly disproportionate use of media to the protected right.


4. The party concerned has the right to object, in full or in part:

a)  for  legitimate  reasons,  to  the  processing  of  his/her  personal  data,  including  reasons  relevant  for collection purposes;

b) to the processing of personal data for the purposes of sending advertising materials or direct selling or for carrying out market surveys or commercial communication.


Protection of privacy


The Customer must read the following information on privacy protection:
the rules governing the website’s  privacy policy  are applied every time a customer accesses the site and decides to browse the website and use the services offered, even if it is not for purchase aims.

The NANDO MUZI privacy policy conforms to the note referred to in Art. 13 of Decree Law 196/2003, known as “Personal Data Processing Code”, which refers to users who access the site and use the NANDO MUZI web services.

Please be informed that the Site contains links to other Web sites that may not have any  connection with it, and note that these Conditions apply only to the Site   and not to other Web sites that are accessed through links operated by other owners which are not controlled or monitored by NANDO MUZI. We therefore  accept  no  liability  for  any  errors,  content,  cookies,  or  publications  with  immoral  or  illegal contents, advertising, banners or files which do not conform to applicable regulations and the enforcement of privacy protection from sites not managed by NANDO MUZI .


Data processing owner

The owner of the data is NANDO MUZI headquartered in Faleriense no. 2103 Sant'Elpidio a Mare (FM) Italy. The personal data supplied by the customer will be passed on third parties only to perform the services required and institutional activities or related activities performed.

In particular, data processed by NANDO MUZI may be used:

a) for purposes related to obligations stipulated by law or by EU rules and regulations and provisions issued by authorities empowered by law;

b) for the purchase of Products through the order form;

c) for order fulfillment;

d) for customer service and customer care;

e) for registration on the site, through the relevant registration form, to provide access services to reserved areas;

f) for the functional purposes of NANDO MUZI’s business activity for which the latter shall have the right to give or refuse consent to processing, including, for example, advertising material, news, use of data for statistical purposes, and the creation of consumer profiles.

In relation to the above stated purposes, processing is performed by designated data officers using computer and telematic instruments , with software applications and data storage in databases.

Processing methods are all guided by criteria and principles which are closely connected and related to the processing purposes are therefore able to ensure the confidentiality and security of the data.

Compulsory or optional nature of the information requested and the data collected :

The Customer’s personal data are requested and collected, and their supply is required for the purposes indicated in points a) b) c) d) and e). In this case refusal of consent will not allow the completion of the contract or the performance by NANDO MUZI of the Customer’s requests with regard to services available.

Refusal to consent to the processing of optional data for the purposes referred to in (f) will not have any prejudicial consequences.

Subjects and categories of persons to whom the information may be disclosed:

For the fulfillment of contractual obligations and for performing the services provided, NANDO MUZI also relies  on  the  collaboration  of  external  companies  performing  closely  related  activities  which  are instrumental to the execution of contracts and services rendered such as :

-        Customer Records Management;

-        Customer relations;

-        Transport companies and carriers for the delivery of goods and customs operations;

-        Banks for the management of receipts and payments;

-        Tax authorities and other entities in fulfillment of legal requirements;

-        Law companies and legal offices for the protection of rights in relation to contractual relationships;

-        Members of the Professions for compliance with administrative and accounting obligations;

-        Postal services;

-        Companies  related  to  NANDO  MUZI  for  the  purposes  of  market  analysis,  marketing  and communication.

-        Data processing performed by these subjects is therefore intended to implement the requests received from customers and/or to archive data on computer instruments.

-        The data can be communicated to all persons to whom the communication is due because of legal obligations.
